🌍 Shipping Destinations
We ship orders within Sweden and across Europe with Zendr, which partners with several leading carriers. International deliveries outside the EU are handled through Zendr's global logistics network.

⏱ Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after we receive your order.

🚚 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
• Within Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Within Europe: 3–7 business days
• Outside Europe (international): 7–14 business days

💸 Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. We sometimes offer free shipping on larger orders — this will be clearly shown at checkout when applicable.

📦 Carriers
All shipments are handled through Zendr, which automatically selects the most efficient carrier for each order. This may include DHL, PostNord, UPS, DB Schenker, or other trusted logistics partners.

🔁 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, we'll help you track and resolve the issue together with Zendr and the carrier.
• In case of confirmed loss, we will either reship your order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
• We take responsibility for your order until it has been delivered to you.
