Shipping policy

  1. 🌍 Shipping Destinations
    We ship orders within Sweden and across Europe with Zendr, which partners with several leading carriers. International deliveries outside the EU are handled through Zendr's global logistics network.

  2. ⏱ Processing Time
    All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after we receive your order.

  3. 🚚 Delivery Time
    Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
    • Within Sweden: 1–3 business days
    • Within Europe: 3–7 business days
    • Outside Europe (international): 7–14 business days

  4. 💸 Shipping Cost
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and size of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping on larger orders — this is clearly shown at checkout when applicable.

  5. 📦 Carriers
    All shipments are handled via Zendr, which automatically selects the most efficient carrier for each order. This may include DHL, PostNord, UPS, DB Schenker or other reliable logistics partners.

  6. 🔁 Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your package is delayed or lost, we will help you track it and resolve the issue together with Zendr and the carrier.
    • In the case of a confirmed loss, we will reship your order or refund the amount, depending on the situation.
    • We take responsibility for your order until it has been delivered to you.
